Launching Warrior Tycoon

Warrior Tycoon is a text and image-based tycoon game where you train warriors and send them on missions to earn gold and find items and resources. Master your training and craftsmanship and train the most powerful warriors in the land. 

Workflow

Over the last six days we have created the basic gameplay for Warrior Tycoon. We added a Wikipedia page to add information about the game to write tutorials.

Alpha Features:

• Time Manager - Manages all time events for the passing days, months and years. Speed up or pause the game.
• Academy Manager - Create your academy, choose a name and logo.
• Training Manager - Train your fighters and increase their level, set individual training days and add championships.
• Championship Manager - Practice championships to increase championship levels for more power.
• Training Report Manager - See the results of your training at the end and send the warrior on an adventure or dismiss them.
• Adventure Manager - Send the trained warrior on adventures to earn money. The number of adventures per year is limited and depends on the population of the kingdom.
• Kingdom Treasurer - Take a loan from the kingdom and pay interest on it every month. Each year there are also taxes to be paid, which change from year to year.

Next Development Steps:

We will Balance the Game  now more and tweak the Calculations to increase the Gameflow and add some additional Features.

Additional Features Plans:

• Annual adventure and population report.
• Mastery information and tooltips to show about mastery benefits.
• Hall of Fame for trained heroes, so the player can see their previous heroes and check their details.
• Reputation, increases the hero's adventure speed and affects other attributes. It resembles some kind of marketing from other Tycoon games.
• Difficulty level, adds effects for the different difficulty levels that the player can choose from to play with
• Save and load system
